Application Fee Refund

Promotion Period 

Starts 1 September 2022 0:01 SGT, Ends 30 November 2022 11:59 SGT

Eligible Participants

To be eligible to participate in this promotion:

• You must have received an email from Adventus.io personally inviting you to participate;
  
• You must be the recruiter named in that email from Adventus.io; 
  
• You must maintain your subscription with Adventus.io for the Promotion Period and the Refund Period. 
  

The invitation e-mail cannot be forwarded to other recruiters for use. 

Application Fee Refund

An Eligible Participant is entitled to a refund of the application fees paid to an education institution, up to a maximum of 3 application fees in total, if:

• You submit a student application to Adventus.io during the Promotion Period;
  
• The student application meets the eligibility criteria and is lodged to an institution during the Promotion Period by Adventus.io; 
  
• The student receives an offer to study at the institution;
  
• The student accepts the offer to study at the institution (including all steps necessary to confirm acceptance of an offer by the institution); and 
  
• The student is one of the first 250 students to have accepted an offer from an institution in this promotion. 
  

Refund Period

Refunds of the student application fee will be processed by Adventus.io in the month following acceptance of the offer by the student. 

Disclaimer

Adventus.io will not be responsible for any delays for matters outside our control, including any delays:

• in lodging the student application where the application is incomplete or inaccurate; 
  
• in processing times by institutions; 
  
• in payment due to incorrect banking details being provided; or
  
• in the banking systems.
