Entry Requirements: Normal GPA - 3.0 Admission to the Honors College is very competitive and typically, students have a 4.0 GPA or higher (weighted). There is no separate application needed to apply for the Honors College; students simply need to select "Yes" on the general application when asked "Would you like to be considered for the Honors College?" to automatically be considered. While the SAT is not required, admitted students generally have above a 1360 score. Official transcripts/examination results for all secondary and post-secondary work to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. Applicants who are attending or have previously attended an international college/university must provide a credential evaluation from the International Education Research Foundation (IERF)—World Education Services (WES) evaluations are no longer accepted. Provide a letter of recommendation from a teacher or academic advisor. Letters must be sent directly from the recommender to our office. English Language Requirements: IELTS - 6.5 TOEFL (IBT) - 79 TOEFL (PBT) - 550 TOEFL (CBT) - 233 PTE Academic - 53 TOEFL Essentials - 8 Cambridge English Assessment - B2 First/171 Duolingo English Test (DET) - 110+ EIKEN Grade 1 Pass or Pre-1 Pass (CEFR C1 or CEFR B2) GaoKao English - 125+/150; 105/120 South Korea CSAT English Language - 1 You can also demonstrate English proficiency by achieving: SAT EBRW - 550 ACT English section - 24 GCE/GCSE/IGCSE or O-Levels official scores - C or higher (6-9) English First Language IB English Lang and Lit, SL/HL - 6 Three years or more in non-ESL English courses in U.S. accredited high schools B or higher. ***Students may choose to send a copy of their score report to international-admissions@udel.edu and we will verify your scores.
